HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REWARD POINTS?
If you have made a purchase through the rewards mall and do not see your purchase under the "My Purchases" tab, please submit a rewards request ticket. You must first Log In and go to the My Account section to submit a rewards request. Please keep in mind that it has to have been at least 14 days and less than 3 months since you made the purchase. If it does not fall within that time range, the merchant will not consider opening a case to find your missing reward.
